Prof. Herbert Ernst Wiegand passed away on 3 January 2018

Prof. Herbert Ernst Wiegand was born on 8 January 1936 and passed away on 3 January 2018.  He was a member of the Advisory Board since Lexikos 5.  Lexikos 25 was dedicated to him is in 2015 on the occation of his 80st birthday. He published regularly in Lexikos and made valuable contributions as Advisory Board member over many years.  A tribute to him will be published in Lexikos 28 by Prof. Rufus H. Gouws.
